These terms govern all standalone software, digital applications, spreadsheets, and downloadable tools purchased through MyBenchmarkRank.

1. Single-User Personal License Grant
Upon purchasing a digital product from MyBenchmarkRank via our payment partner Polar, you are granted a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and perpetual license for personal use by a single individual (the purchaser).
This is a license to use the software, not a transfer of title or intellectual property rights.
2. Permitted Use
Under this license, you are permitted to:
- Multi-device personal use: Download, open, and run the file on any hardware device owned and operated solely by you (including your laptop, desktop, tablet, and mobile phone).
- Archival and backup copies: Make reasonable copies for private local or cloud storage backup to protect against data loss.
- Personal customisation: Edit, adapt, or adjust local styling or calculations strictly for your own private usage.
3. Restrictions: No Redistribution or Resale
You may not distribute, monetize, or publicly share the software in any form. Specifically, you agree not to:
- Sell, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, give away, or distribute the product file or any modified derivatives thereof.
- Upload or host the application on public web servers, shared network folders, peer-to-peer file sharing networks, or online repositories.
- Bundle, embed, or incorporate the product's source code, structure, or visual components into commercial services, client deliverables, or SaaS products without prior written commercial authorization.
- Remove or obscure any proprietary notices, copyright labels, or license headers contained within the files.
4. Intellectual Property & Ownership
MyBenchmarkRank retains all copyright, trademarks, design rights, and intellectual property rights in the software and associated documentation. All rights not expressly granted to you under this license are reserved.
5. Digital Delivery & Support
Digital products are delivered instantly upon completed payment via Polar. Because standalone HTML tools run entirely locally on your device without server dependencies, ongoing maintenance or cloud uptime guarantees do not apply once the file is downloaded.
